3ª Liga Madrileña de Vintage

El tercer torneo de la LMV, celebrado el Sábado 17 de Noviembre y con la asistencia de 44 personas, se saldó con la victoria de Magín Calvo, quien ganó con Manaless Ichorid un Mox Sapphire. En segunda posición quedó Daniel García con UBW Mask, que ganó un Mana Drain. Los semifinalistas y ganadores de Tierras Dobles del torneo fueron para Santiago Hoyas con 5/3 e Iván López, que pilotaba una UWB Fish. El resto del Top8 lo formaron Aurelio Crespo, con 5/3, Andrés Rodríguez, jugando Flash Rector, David Menor, pilotando Monogifts, y Ricardo Jorge Gil, manejando una Gush Oath. Los mazos más jugados del torneo fueron Tyrant Oath, UB Mask y Gush Tinker. A pesar de éstas cifras, ninguna Gush Tinker se coló en el Top8 en lo que resultó ser un fracaso estrepitoso para el mazo, y sólo una de las otras estrategias halló hueco entre los mejores clasificados. Manaless Ichorid gana de nuevo un torneo ante la desesperación de los que ven que las 20 Líneas Místicas de Vacío y 4 Carceleros Yixlid no fueron suficientes en los 7 apoyos para pararlas. UB/x Mask sigue marcando resultados buenos, malo para los que vendieron sus caretas haces un par de años. Fish, que prácticamente había abandonado los Top8, ve en el resurgir de las Workshops su posibilidad de supervivencia, e Iván López, de tan sólo 15 años, se plantaba en su primer Top4 derrotando a todos los mazos de Workshops con los que se enfrentó. Dos barajas de 5/3, caracterizadas por el nuevo uso de Mago de la Luna y Espina de Amatista, demostraban su buen resultado ante el formato. La incombustible Gifts sigue colándose entre los mejores, aún con la restricción de Regalos no Entregados. Tyrant Oath sigue estando de moda, y es que desde que ganó en Italia y Madrid los encantamientos verdes sólo se ven acompañados de los Lanzamareas, mientras, los ángeles llenan las carpetas de cambio, y lo que es más, éste nuevo híbrido, Gush Oath, está dando mejores resultados frente al entorno actual. Finalmente, la única Flash que se coló en el Top 8, jugaba con Rector de la Academia, la versión algo mas lenta pero menos inestable de Flash. Es importante decir que los últimos resultados muestran que hay un gran cambio en el entorno, hace tan sólo dos meses Flash, Manaless Ichorid y Fish, eran los mazos más jugados, mientras que ahora suelen encontrarse entre los mazos menos jugados.
